Can I bring my own parts?
Yes! Of course you can bring your own parts. We want to help you build the PC you want!
Do I have to buy components if I bring my own parts?
We offer discounts for parts for our experiences. We would prefer you purchase components through us, but we don’t require it.
One of the benefits of building with us is that our store will be open in case there is anything needed or forgotten. Rest assured we will have everything you need available.
Do you provide standardized configurations?
Yes! We want to make your PC build as seamless as possible. We provide several standardized configurations to build with. Rest assured that you have everything you need.
What happens if additional parts are needed during the build?
It sometimes happens. Sometimes parts are missed – such as an RGB controller or a fan cable.
