We hand-pick our technicians for their unique skills and experience to make sure that every repair at our location is up to the highest quality standards. We are a locally owned and operated company that take pride in providing our neighbors in the CSRA the best service around. Whether repairing your current computer or purchasing another, Computer Exchange has been servicing the CSRA’s computer needs since 1995.
Our Mission Statement
From the day we opened in 1995, Computer Exchange’s mantra has always been and will always be to treat every customer interaction with the best service possible. For over two decades we have adhered to that mantra in the building and repairing of computers, and as we have expanded our offerings to include network design and implementation, server building and deployment, workstation troubleshooting, cloud solutions and Managed Services, the same customer interaction model applies.
Whether you have a single computer or several offices over a wide geographic area with hundreds of computers and equipment, we handle every job, every phone call and every visit with the same amount of care that we would like if we were on the other end of that transaction.
